Monthly by default, billed on the date you signed up. Pro can switch to annual billing at checkout for a 31% discount. Team is monthly-only for now; annual is coming soon — email us if you need it sooner.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we charge pro-rata for the remainder of the current cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current cycle — you keep the higher-tier benefits until then.
We never auto-charge you. You'll see a prompt to either upgrade your plan or buy a one-time credit pack ($3 for 300 extra minutes, never expires). Processing pauses until you choose one.
Subscription minutes reset at the start of each cycle and don't roll over. Credit packs, however, never expire — they stay in your account until you use them.
Add or remove seats anytime from your team settings. New seats are pro-rated based on days remaining in the cycle. Removing a seat takes effect on the next billing date.
International cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Alipay, and WeChat Pay. Business invoices — Hong Kong GST or mainland 增值税 — are available on request after checkout. Write to billing@yourdomain.com with your order number.
Students get 50% off Pro with a valid .edu email. Early-stage startups (YC, SOSV, and listed accelerators) can apply for 6 months free — email startups@yourdomain.com with a note from your program.
Full refund within 7 days of a new subscription, no questions asked. Unused credits can also be refunded. Used credits are non-refundable.
